At Prosculpt Fitness we endeavor to bring quality fitness events to our clients that will make them progress in their fitness journeys. To do this we have a rating system that allows our clients to know exactly what the target group is for each event. This rating system gives our clients the peace of mind that the course or bootcamp they are signing up for is targeted for their current level of fitness.

BEGINNER

Beginner intensity is for those clients new to fitness and who are not generally active on a daily basis. These clients may have not undergone any regular level of cardiovascular fitness for over a year. This is our fitness introduction bootcamp and is perfect for those who are interested but not yet confident in taking our bootcamps at the intermediate level.

INTERMEDIATE

The intermediate level is the bootcamp intensity level offering a challenge for most people. It is perfect for those who may have completed one of our beginner level fitness courses/bootcamps or for those who are fairly active during the week and may have done some of their own fitness activities within the last 12 months. This is the most common of the 3 intensity levels Prosculpt offers.

ADVANCED

The advanced rating is for those who have either completed one of our intermediate level fitness courses/bootcamps or for those who are highly active during the week and may also adhere to a fitness regime. This is a challenging intensity.

EXTREME

One on one personal training will provide the highest level of tailored challenge to our clients. Personal training will provide the client with specifically designed workouts for the client’s exact fitness needs and to teach them the skills they need to continue to get more fit and sculpt their bodies!
